Tivoli Gardens theme park in Copenhagen is one of Denmark’s most popular tourist attractions, alongside Denmark’s other famous theme park, Legoland. Tivoli Gardens commissioned Cammax incorporating Key Technology to design, manufacture and install eighteen (18) self serve ticket machines.
The self-serve ticket machines, designed to look like a Danish soldier from the last century, can be used for collecting pre-booked tickets, and additionally take payment for park entry. The kiosks have dramatically reduced queues outside the park, increased overall customer satisfaction, increased attendance and had a very positive impact upon park revenues
